Individuals can participate in Fast ForWord at home in all Australian states effectively and conveniently. All that is needed is a computer that meets some basic technical specifications (see below), stereo headphones (can be purchased inexpensively from Sonic Learning if necessary) and an Internet connection.
Participants train for 50 minutes per day, 5 days per week, for a minimum of 8 to 12 weeks. This frequency and intensity of training results in significant improvements in memory, attention, auditory processing, reading, and various related skills. Participants can train at a time that best suits them and can even break up their training across the day on weekdays and/or weekends.
Fast ForWord programmes are compatible with Windows and Macintosh computers (please contact us for technical specifications and installation information).
The participant’s training results are uploaded daily via the Internet so our team of health professionals can monitor their results and progress. Each week parents are emailed a progress report and our health professionals are always available to provide support.
Our team has extensive experience in successfully providing the Fast ForWord programmes to individuals in their home and it represents an excellent way for parents to give their child a significant learning boost without having to leave the house.
The health professionals at Sonic Learning are Fast ForWord specialists and have many years of combined experience helping individuals reach their full potential.
